You have 72 hours to inspect your merchandise and email us if you have received the wrong item or a defective item.

Once you have received a return authorization, we only credit the defective or incorrect items. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. After we receive the defective items, we will inspect the item. If the item is found to be defective from our warehouse, we apologize in advance and will promptly issue you a credit towards your next purchase. Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of the date we receive your items. A notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time your exchange is processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

PrettyPretti Boutique goal is to deliver all orders timely and in pristine condition. Damaged merchandise from shipping and handling must be claimed with the USPS within 24 hours of receipt. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this to the USPS carrier. If you notice concealed damage after the USPS carrier has left, keep the original shipping package together with all the packing materials. Immediately call USPS to have USPS inspect the damage. If the product is damaged upon delivery due to postal handling then we may consider a credit, but this does not cover improper care of jewelry by the customer. All products are properly inspected before being packaged/shipped and we will know if our jewelry is roughly or improperly handled, and will not except a return under any circumstance.
